Program
Luna Desk Appointment Notifications is operated by Luna Desk LLC. It sends transactional text messages about appointments you booked at a nail salon that uses Luna Desk: confirmations, changes, cancellations, and a request to call the salon if a time could not be confirmed. Salon staff who use Luna Desk may also choose to receive alerts about new booking requests. We do not send marketing messages.
How you opt in
When you book by phone, the salon's receptionist asks: "Is it okay if we text you the details at this number?" We only text you if you clearly say yes, and we record your answer with the booking. Salon staff may also ask for your permission when you book in person. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Example message
Luna Nail Studio: You're confirmed for Gel Manicure with Kim on Sat, Oct 17 at 2:00 PM. Need to change it? Call 123-456-7890. Reply STOP to opt out.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Usually 1 to 3 messages per appointment.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email support@lunadesk.cloud.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
