Terms of Service
These terms apply to anyone who uses Luna Desk, operated by Luna Desk LLC: salons and their staff who use the dashboard, and customers who call a salon that uses Luna Desk.
The service
Luna Desk answers calls for salons with an automated receptionist, books and manages appointments, and sends appointment messages. Appointments are between you and the salon. The salon decides its services, prices, hours and policies, and is responsible for the services it provides.
Calls and transcripts
Calls to salons that use Luna Desk may be answered by an automated receptionist and are transcribed so the salon can review them. Audio is not recorded or kept.
Text messages
Text messages are covered by our SMS Terms.
Salon accounts
Salons are responsible for keeping their information accurate, for the people they give logins to, and for getting any permissions their customers need. Do not use Luna Desk to send marketing or unwanted messages.
Availability
We work to keep Luna Desk running at all times but cannot promise it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, Luna Desk is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed appointments.
